In such instances, students have to rely on school or college libraries or quiet places for study. Or else wait till night or get up early and plan a schedule. Many of the students want to progress but they have an unfriendly environment to study, in such cases, they do not have the option to choose a time frame but to adjust.

Alertness: Best time for study according to Vedas is from 4 am to 7 am. The study performed during these hours is fruitful and helpful for students who have problems concentrating or are not able to remember easily. Studying at this time helps you comprehend better in school or colleges.

But there is a diverse opinion. According to science, the most effective learning is acquired between 10 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 10 pm. During these hours the brain is at its acquisition mode meaning the brain stores new information by relating it to existing information. The information is stored in neural circuits of memory.

Types of students depending on study timings:

Early risers: These students are generally self-motivated or dedicated to studying. These students get up early in the morning at 4 or 5 and find the maximum level of concentration and peace. When you get up early in the morning starts the subjects which require memorizing are History, geography; for a college student, it could be biology, difficult concepts of language like English.

Divide your timing for each subject e.g., half an hour for each subject. The next subject could be a combination of theory as well as where some practice is required. Physics and chemistry consist of questions like problem solving, formulas, chemical reactions, practice them during the next hour.

At last, you can focus on subjects that need more practice such as mathematics. Dedicate this time to solving math problems, because you are studying for a long time, and you started getting bored. Morning risers can channelize their energy by studying in the following order of subjects:

During the evening these students are slightly distracted in the beginning, they could not concentrate from the beginning. So, they should start the subjects with a combination of theory and practice like physics, chemistry, geography. Commerce students can start with accounts, economics.

The next hour, begin the subjects that require memorizing such as biology, history because this time is the peak of your concentration. At last, you can practice subjects like mathematics. It is always better when you are bored, try to write -that will bring back your focus towards studying automatically.
